Gosht Va Lobia (meat and bean) is the local food of Isfahan and Kashan. in Kashan it is served in Muharram month it is served a lot as a vow. The food is made of bean, meat, animal fat. The bean will be put in the water overnight so it will be digested easier. The meat, bean, and fat would be put in a pot and backed for hours,at least3-4 hours. when it is backed well it should be mixed. Some people in Kashan do not mix it and put in on top of cooked rice and dill like a stew. However the mix of well-cooked meat and the bean is something so delectable. It is usually served with vegetableand pickles.
