This kebab is not baked on fire but it is boiled with sauce. the ingredients are ground meat, onion, paper, turmeric, salt and paper, and a kind of especially yellow carrot called “Zardak”. this carrot is highest in lutein and contains zeaxanthin. it is eaten as a fruit also is used in making foods.
The taste of it is sour-sweet some people add vinegar and juice some people add SAfron and sugar.
