you may see this food all over Iran even other countries by this name but the recipe is different and in Iran the origin of it is Isfahan. The mean ingredients of the food is meat, onion, carrot and tomato.
It is kind of kebab but it is not cooked on fire like other Persian kababs,it is boiled in water. All the ingredient will be put in the pot in layers then the water will be added and should be bake slowly. Maybe it is not barbecued but it is still delicious.
